As phoneALLparts, we try to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible . Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, and handled on behalf of PostNL, GLS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS .

Current delivery times

Please keep in mind regarding shipping that our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday. Therefore, delivery days are Tuesday through Saturday.

Pickup times

These are the times when the delivery service will be at our door to pick up all packages.
Did you place an order before the deadline? Then your package will be handed over to the delivery service at the deadline time.

Delivery via PostNL , GLS, FedEx, DHL  or UPS 

PostNL, GLS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS will deliver your order to the address you provided. If the package cannot be delivered to you, it will be delivered to a neighbor or taken to a pickup point of the shipping service you chose. You generally have two weeks to collect the package. After that, it will be automatically returned to the sender (phoneALLparts).

Please note! Unfortunately, a delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.
