In these General Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Seller: Phone all parts , the party offering products for sale.

Buyer: the person or company that buys products from the Seller.

Products: the goods offered and delivered by the Seller.

Agreement: the contract between Seller and Buyer regarding the sale of Products.

2.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between Seller and Buyer regarding the sale and delivery of Products.

2.2 Deviations from these General Terms and Conditions are only valid if they have been expressly agreed upon in writing.

3.1 All offers are without obligation and subject to availability.

3.2 The agreement is concluded as soon as the Seller confirms the Buyer's order in writing or electronically.

3.3 The Seller reserves the right to refuse orders or deliveries without giving reasons.

4.1 All prices are in euros & Dollars, excluding VAT and other government levies, unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Prices are based on the rates applicable at the time of ordering. The Seller reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of changes in costs.

4.3 Payment must be made in accordance with the agreed payment terms. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.

4.4 In the event of late payment, the Seller is entitled to charge statutory interest and collection costs.

5.1 Delivery periods and estimated delivery dates are indicative and not binding, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

5.2 The risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to the Buyer at the moment of delivery or collection.

5.3 The Seller is entitled to deliver Products in installments and to invoice them separately.

6.1 Cancellations or returns will only be accepted if expressly agreed and in accordance with the Seller's return policy.

6.2 Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging, unless defective.

6.3 Custom-made or special orders are non-returnable, unless defective.

7.1 The Seller guarantees that the Products comply with the agreed specifications and are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.

7.2 Warranty claims must be reported within the applicable warranty period.

7.3 The Seller's liability is limited to replacement or repair of defective Products or refund of the purchase price.

7.4 The Seller is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, or consequential damage.

8.1 Complaints regarding Products or services must be reported in writing within 7 days after delivery.

8.2 The Seller will investigate complaints and respond within a reasonable time.

9.1 The Seller processes personal data of Buyers in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

10.1 The Seller is not liable for non-fulfillment of obligations if this is caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport delays, or government measures.

11.1 All agreements between Seller and Buyer are governed by Dutch law.

11.2 Disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the district where the Seller is established.
